Oh my gosh. This month has been AWESOME!!!

Firstly, I got a haircut. :)

Secondly, I have been loving swing dance lessons.

Thirdly, my amazing friends threw me a surprise party for my sweet 16th birthday! It rocked... it was so fun & special! Thanks guys! :)

Fourthly, I got my drivers license. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

swing dancing

So swing dancing lessons were last Tuesday and I brought my camera! :) Heres some pics from the lesson and in the car on the way there and back.

3 things i have recently become addicted to

1. Coffee and oatmeal
Now that the weather is colder, it's nice to have warmer food and drink in the mornings. :) I have oatmeal every day for breakfast and coffee afterwards while I'm doing school.

2. Running
This one is weird. I first started running to get in shape for volleyball. I didn't want to at the time, but I kind of forced myself to do it cause I knew it was good for me. Now it's hard for me to go a day without running, lol! It's strangely addicting!

3. Swing dancing
Emily got me into this one, lol! I've loved swing dancing for a long time but we started taking lessons last Tuesday and I'm officially addicted to it now! It's SOOOOOO much fun!

Well it's a Saturday, and it's raining and I have nothing to do. I watched The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe earlier while drinking coffee. That was heavenly. Then I went for a walk in the rain with my iPod. That was magical. Now I am typing this post out.

today jessi and me went to the library.

So we have this library scavenger hunt thingy for this class were doing at Hickory Grove. We have to go around the library looking for different books and info to answer the questions. Jess and me got half of it done and then the library computers crashed so we couldn't find any of the books. So for the rest of the time we looked at magazines like InStyle and Bride and Teen Vouge. Very fun. :)

After volleyball practice yesterday I had this strange burst of energy. So I went on a run. Normally after practice I'm wiped, but yesterday I was really pumped. Wierd. Anyway, so I was running and I saw this snake in front of me but I was to late to move so I had to jump over it. I seriously screamed out loud. After my run Dad and Jessi and me watched this Kung Fu movie. It was really artsy, with a lot of slow motion fight scenes and stuff. It was pretty cool.

Aaaand now we are going to this open gym thingy for volleyball. It should be fun. So those were pretty much the highlights of my last 2 days. I shall post again later. :)

Oh and I have a new header and layout. Wo0t.

Now that it's (almost) fall, I've been getting in the mood to make yummy smelling pumpkin bread and apple pies. I've also been in the mood for soup. Jessi and I have also been planning halloween costumes.(even though were probably not trick or treating) She wants to be a marshmallow or a graham cracker or something, lol. So anyway, I just felt like making a food related post. Mostly because I'm hungry right now.
